This peeper demonstrates the primary markings that are used to ID the peeper. The cross on its back, the line between its eyes on the back of the head and the line from its snout through the eye and towards the tympanum.

When uncertain about the ID of a peeper, if caught, you can view the underside of its thighs and see it yellowish color that they have. This also shows the slight size of the peeper with it being stretched out its still shorted than a finger.
